Md Rabby Alam

Md Rabby Alam is a Bangladeshi search engine optimisation (SEO) and digital marketing specialist, business development professional, business consultant and patent researcher. He is the founder and chief executive of GrowMeHow, a digital marketing agency, and was born and raised in Dhaka, where he is based.[1][2]
His work is organised around an approach he calls Systematic Intelligence. Instead of selling separate services, he builds one system for each business, with the stated aim of making that business earn more profit, always. The approach rests on three frameworks, described below.[1]
Early life and career
Alam was born and raised in Dhaka. By his own account, he became attached to computers as a young child and began learning how people earn money online from around the age of five, starting with blogging and Google AdSense. Trying to understand how those systems worked led him to SEO.[2]
He went on to run affiliate websites of his own and then to work for clients. He says he has managed more than 100 clients, running SEO, paid advertising and organic marketing to grow their businesses.[2]
GrowMeHow
Alam founded GrowMeHow in 2022 and serves as its founder and chief executive.[2] The agency describes itself as an “Algorithm Acceleration Agency” for businesses in the United States, and its website lists 62 services in eight groups, including SEO, paid media, content, CRM and analytics.[1]
Alam says he named the company after its guiding idea, that results come from giving search engines what their algorithms reward. He says it was set up in response to the black-hat tactics common in the industry, which he says can harm the businesses that use them, and that GrowMeHow does not use them. The website advertises written guarantees, including a full refund if no result is seen within 90 days.[1]
Alam describes much of the agency’s work as taking a startup and building it into a brand. He says each engagement starts by studying the business and the brands around it, then builds a system aimed at lasting profit.

Methodology
Systematic Intelligence
Alam’s stated principle is that most providers sell individual services, while GrowMeHow develops a system for each client. He calls this Systematic Intelligence. He says its purpose is to make the business earn more profit, always, rather than to raise a single number such as rankings or traffic. The system combines three frameworks, each described by Alam as follows.
90-Day Acceleration Method
A three-month engagement in which the business is first analysed for its highest potential, and a system is then developed to realise it. Alam says the aim is to give the client an advantage over other agencies and competitors within the first quarter.
Tri-Score Model
A scoring approach that Alam also calls human score marketing. Instead of relying on third-party SEO tool scores, each business is rated against its highest potential, set at 100, using three components: a marketing score, an algorithmic score and a human psychology score. Work then starts from that rating and is reviewed against it.
Brand Outrank Theory
A competitive method that studies how other brands in the same market operate, then plans how to outrank them in less time than they took. Alam uses it to build startups into brands.
Applied work
Alam says each of the three frameworks is used on real client businesses. Client names are withheld, and the descriptions below are his own.
Business 1: 90-Day Acceleration Method
The engagement ran for three months. It began with an analysis of the business at its highest potential, and a system was then built to realise that potential, aimed at more profit for the client.
Business 2: Tri-Score Model
This business was rated against its highest potential, set at 100, using a marketing score, an algorithmic score and a human psychology score. Work started from that rating, and each score guided the next step, instead of third-party SEO tool scores.
Business 3: Brand Outrank Theory
For this startup, the team studied how established brands in its market operate, then planned how to outrank them in less time than they took, building the startup into a brand.
Education and credentials
Alam attended Mirpur Bangla High School & College in Dhaka and is currently a student on the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) qualification path.[2] In October 2025 he completed the J.P. Morgan Investment Banking Job Simulation on the Forage platform, an online course of practical tasks covering M&A target selection, the auction process, financial analysis and investment recommendations. The certificate is dated 23 October 2025.[3]
